Our Bistro: Bremen’s Culinary Treasure

The Grashoff Bistro is a Bremen mainstay, and counts as one of the city’s gastronomic highlights. We offer a combination of selected favorites and changing seasonal dishes — splendid regional cuisine featuring Mediterranean and Asian influences. With comfortable seating at a table (32 seats) or at the bar (10 seats), the Bistro provides an intimate setting in fine Parisian style — it is best to make a reservation.

The friendly atmosphere is marked by frequent nightly events: Live music, themed menus presenting unique or beloved regional dishes, wine tastings, and the many other joys of life.
